Any information supplied by you will not be used for any purpose other than what is necessary to process and confirm your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund is available for cancellation up to 6 days before your tour.
A 50% refund is available for cancellation up to 3 days before your tour.
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to departure will not be refunded.
Private Tours are non-refundable.
GUARANTEED DEPARTURES
Bookings with 2 or more guests are guaranteed to go!
MINIMUM NUMBERS
A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the tour to depart.
There is a possibility of cancellation after booking if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements.
In the event of this occurring, we will contact you 48 hours prior to the tour and you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
CURRENCY AND GST
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
TOUR VARIATION
Itinerary is subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION AND SMOKING
Both alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle.
Eskies are not permitted to be brought on tour.
CONDUCT
Any person/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on the enjoyment and safety of fellow passengers or the driver may be unable to continue the tour, and in doing so, will be responsible for making their own way to their accommodation at their own cost and no compensation or refunds will be paid.
